- I'm more confident as a dad so that's bound to be good for my children.
- That dads group have organised outings so that we can all go out together as family.
- I tell my kids that I love them.
- I use my time better now so that my kids don't get squeezed in at the end , but now get more quality time with me.
- It's helped my relationship with my daughter who lives with her mum , who I didn't see much now I make time to see and be with her.
- I know now that I am doing good as a dad and have other dads to talk to about the same problems we face and that I am not alone.
